Midwest Vespa Days is an all-makes and all-models scooter rally hosted by Vespa Club of Greater St. Louis in partnership with Vespa Club of America. T-shirt and rally pack pickup will be at the Registration/Check-In table on the 4th Floor of the River City Casino Hotel parking garage. Rally packs not claimed will not be refunded. See schedule for times.
To guarantee a T-shirt, you must have registered by 8/31/24. Extra shirts will be on sale at the registration table for $10, Extra patches will be $5 (while supplies last).
REGISTRATION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. If the event is cancelled, shirt/patch/etc. will be shipped to the address you provided us.

Individuals may also call 855-785-4263 for reservations by September 2nd, 2024 Please inform the attendees to identify themselves as members of the Group, VESP24K in order to receive the Group Rate. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied with a first night room deposit or guaranteed by credit card. Individual reservations that are not cancelled twenty-four hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00PM, however, they are happy to accommodate any earlier check-ins based on room availability.
We will have plenty of dedicated truck/trailer parking in the south lots of the Casino, and scooter parking in the 4th floor of the parking garage.
